Before joining TapLook, every Technician goes through a strict recruitment process, including:

• Skill verification and hands-on testing

• Knowledge assessment in senior beauty care

• Background and experience checks

• Training on senior-friendly techniques

With this process, you can rest assured about the quality, safety, and comfort of every TapLook service.

TapLook’s Technicians are available to accept bookings within one hour after you post your request on the app.

However, during peak hours, weekends, or holidays when demand is high, we recommend booking at least one day in advance to ensure that a Technician is available for your preferred time.

For your safety and peace of mind, TapLook collects and verifies Technician profiles during registration.

• Each Technician’s profile picture and service details are displayed in the TapLook app.

• When you book a service, the assigned Technician’s photo will appear on your booking confirmation.

• You can also scan the Technician’s QR code upon arrival using the TapLook app to confirm their identity.

Yes! TapLook operates seven days a week, including weekends and National Holidays.

To ensure that a Technician is available for your booking, we recommend posting your request 1–2 days in advance during busy periods, especially around holidays.

Booking with TapLook is simple and convenient:

Step 1 — Post a Service Request

• Open the TapLook app and select your location.

• Provide your full address and any special instructions to help the Technician find your place easily.

• Choose the beauty service you want (e.g., manicure, pedicure, haircut, skincare, or massage).

• Select “Bring Tools & Supplies” under the Add-on Services section if needed.

• Provide any specific notes or preferences in the description box.

Step 2 — Wait for Technician Confirmation

• Keep your ringer on and phone nearby; a Technician may contact you to confirm details.

• Once assigned, check their profile picture and information directly in the app.

Step 3 — During the Service

• Welcome the Technician and guide them to the service area.

• Relax and enjoy your personalized senior beauty experience at home.

Step 4 — Review & Feedback

• After the service, rate the Technician and leave feedback in the app.

• Your feedback helps us maintain high-quality standards and improve future services.
